U.S. Customs and Border Protection - Laredo Convent Avenue Port of Entry — Local services in Laredo

I crossed over at 4:10 they didn’t give me the reason why they’re gonna do an expection on me get they made me so so uncomfortable and they try to talk to me in Spanish and I spoke with them with English and they know Spanish and English so why can I repl to me with English? I’m not gonna reply with them in Spanish when I’m a US citizen they made an investigation inspection with me asking if I cross over all the time or if I travel through airplane on somewhere else when I don’t like to go too far from Mexico because I don’t trust Mexico that much I’ll leave over there because the pills are cheaper on Plan B or medication but now I want to make a report about this because it means feel so uncomfortable and I can’t wait to talk to my lawyer about how uncomfortable they may still feel. Customs agents angrily yelling at people to stand behind a "yellow line" and wait to be called. The "yellow line" is not existent. There's glue remnants of what used to be a line, but from an outsiders point of view it looks like its been removed. Maybe have a clearly delineated line and signs like any other customs entry thats say to wait behind line. Maybe then your agents won't be stressed out and yelling at these people for lack of proper signage. You can't expect people to read your mind and yelling angrily is uncessary. If you hate your job, quit. No reason to treat people like they're stupid and beneath you. You can act professional and still get your job done well and efficiently. Side not: facility is nice. Apparently they have a new system for buses, which is a very poor system. They have 4 booths, but only 1 booth functioning for buses. The wait was well over 4 hrs, considering that when we arrived to the border we were more than half past the bridge. I thought we'd be there at least 2 hrs tops. Upon arriving to where you unload your luggage, They had us sitting in the bus for approximately 30 min. There were 4-5 officials just standing around, (yup, our good tax dollars at work right there) waiting for their signal for us to get off the bus, I understand if they were tending to people, but they weren't. .....Awful, Awful system to...
