When I was in the last time it was to pick up rso for my issues from pancreatic cancer, the percent that was advertised on their website being 90% was in reality just over 70% (false advertising). After finally getting the wrong order I noticed from an email I had received on my way home they had a buy 2 get 1 free promotion that I was never told about. I called the store and was bounced to the call center when that location failed to answer their phone. I was told it would be in the computer that I was owed the free rso on my next order. The RSO helps with inflammation issues that I suffer from my Whipple Surgery; so it makes eating somewhat tolerable. So now I am here to pick up another online order and the manager Zach refused to honor the free rso I was owed. He could have made the decision to keep a customer happy by agreeing to honor what I was told, but instead he did nothing but tell me he is sorry I was incorrectly told that. I will Never return to any of the MUV locations due to their poor customer service and false advertising. Check your orders for accuracy if you choose specifically the Roosevelt location, but I would go to Grow Healthy where they don't lie to customers and what they advertise is actually what you get!
Edit It has been roughly 1 month since I left the review above. During this time, David, from the customer relations department, contacted me in an effort to at least touch base with a customer who was not happy. Not only did he apologize for something that was out of his control, but he also honored the promotion that Zach (Roosevelt location manager) had failed to honor. David also gave me his direct line to ensure this does not happen again. I would like to state that multiple locations I have visited in the past have always had very pleasant budtenders; Zach is the manager at the Roosevelt location who I believe is responsible for not proofreading his stores promotions to see to it that the information is accurately posted. Multiple times he has failed to correct inaccuracies in the potency of medication. No pharmacy would stay in business if the pharmacy was providing the wrong potency of medications. My belief is he allows these inaccuracies because they always show more potent than what the medication actually is when it is picked up. To finish up, everyone at MUV has really been very nice, honest, and knowledgeable about their products with the exception of Zach. Thank you again, David, for making Zach's errors right. I changed my rating from 1 star to a 3. Zach is bad enough to cost MUV at least 2 stars, or I would give them a 5 for David making...
Read moreI ordered a delivery from this location a few days ago. My delivery was ready a day early , and they called to ask me if I wanted it a day early, which was great. When the delivery arrived, I asked some questions about the products and the store in general. The delivery woman was very nice and answered all of my questions and concerns happily. I hurried indoors with my new treasures. I was very eager to see how my first time experience with these new to me products from MUV would be. I had not tried this administration route from here before. Sadly, there was an issue that contradicted what I was told by the delivery woman. I called the customer care line, and their resolution to the situation was terrible. I was very, very disappointed with MUV in general at this point. Much later in the day. I decided to try calling again. The representatives are extremely polite and seem generally concerned; however, the resolution given by the management was simply for me to go to the store myself and "see if they could help me." I am disabled and cannon drive. It cost me around $ 25 to $30 to get there and home again with Uber. I reluctantly took the problem products to the store. I was pretty sure I would be walking out angry and swearing off MUV forever and a day. I arrived and was greeted by the same woman who delivered my order. She assured me that the management would fix the issue. I think I had to wait an entire 2 or 3 minutes before a manager came and got me. The longest review ever made shorter here (thank God, right). The manager took care of everything for me quickly and happily. The resolution offered in the store was great. I would like to thank the manager who helped me with resolving the issues beyond my satisfaction. Maybe I am just well aged, but I still feel that a company should stand behind their products. At MUV I stood there and told the man I was in hospice care and I wanted something clean and smooth that I could get my pain down with. i told him it needed to be high.T h c and not have any kind of stinky flavor or taste. the cannabis he sold me was so, Weak, No nice smell, horrible taste..
