WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Stopped in on a Saturday night around 7 PM only one server working and she was pretty busy the restaurant got full and she had a lot of to go’s as well… I ordered a steak burrito, Parilla plate and tostadas de ceviche. The food was OK but not great the chorizo was completely burnt couldn’t even bite into it I asked the server to replace it and she had an attitude about it. I had to ask for chips and salsa more than once. The prices on the menu stated something else than what I was charged and I’ve never gone out to eat to a place that includes a “service fee” meaning the servers tip included for a party of only 3…2 adults and 1 kid. I said something to the server and she completely lost it she was very rude and unprofessional she proceeded to call her boss so they could fix the prices on my check went from a $59 check to only $45. This is not my first time here but will definitely be my last.. Don’t waste your time...

First of all we went there to celebrate a friends birthday and we were hoping to have a quick and excellent service but Yuri our server did not have a friendly attitude at all. She was always making faces to us as we requested some drinks and some chips for our table. I don't know what happened but Yuri brought everybody but me their food and I ordered 4 simple tacos, How hard is that to make? Nevertheless, the cherry of this disaster cake was that when the food finally arrived it was iced cold. Never coming back again even if they pay me to. I am not blaming the cooks or the server but the owner of this restaurant should pay more attention of what really costumer service is and what are the safe guidelines to serve food...
Read moreDO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I ordered online for delivery and it said 30 minutes to deliver. I placed my order and paid online... An hour later I called the restaurant to see what was going on and the restaurant did not even know I placed an online order. They said the owner gets the online orders to her phone and then lets the restaurant know about them. She said she would call the owner and get back to me. She called me back and said she couldn't get ahold of the owner and there was nothing she could do... Seriously? They absolutely need a better way to process online orders as the current system does not work. I don't even know how to get a refund. I now have no food and an extremely unhappy household.
