Landon Erway - State Farm Insurance Agent — Local services in Larned

My parents had Harold Erway or my mother had Harold Erway in 1960's since my dad's passing in 1968. So I had Harold for mine also for car insurance. So I inherited Kale with My insurance after Harold retired LOL. When I was married and divorce I took that time out from Harold, but than I came back to Harold because he was old friend that I trusted. I when to school with Harold's children so when Kale took over for his dad I knew who he was and who he married also. It was like being with family and the trust. My father always said it was very important to have the trust of your agent and I agree. I had Kale because I inherited him after Harold's retirement from State Farm Insurance. I had a wreck back in early 1990's and Kale when to bat for me and I appreciate it to get the most money out of insurance of State Farm for me. I highly recommend the State Farm Insurance company located at Larned Kansas! When I contacted them I explained that I had had a significant increase in my current insurance premiums for my house and my vehicle. Barbara went right to work to find an insurance plan that would be more affordable for me and meet my needs. When I came in to review the plan that Barbara had worked up, I was in awe and amazement at the difference that State Farm could offer me in savings and in coverage. The initial savings difference between my previous insurance companies for both my home and auto and what State Farm could offer was approximately $2,400 difference! I had literally been praying that God would find an insurance company that I could afford and still meet my needs. God came through for me. The staff that work at State Farm are incredibly caring and encouraging. They start each morning by praying about their day and also for their clients. Had a house fire, most everything was ruined. Instead of helping us! All they want is receipts from when it was bought, the price paid etc etc. Have you ever tried to keep a receipt? The ink starts disappearing, and that’s all they care abt. How they can get out of paying you for your policy that you have paid premiums on. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. Guess if they can’t step around, and figure out an antique is an antique. That speaks volumes in my world. I am gonna contact higher ups, as well as my attorney who already is aware of the situation.
