Mi Tierra Mexican restaurant-Larned Ks — Restaurant in Larned

I was super disappointed in the low quality of the food, IDK what I expected because it mostly comes premade and is re-heated. I'm guess that I am disappointed bc I was really hoping for outstanding. My food tasted like it was from the frozen section, the rice had zero flavor and my meal came with frozen french fries instead of beans. The meal was entirely flavorless. The restaurant was nicely decorated and the staff was friendly. The menu had numerous "taped" over changes already and the restaurant has been open a week. My server did not know anything about the menu but he was nice. He did not know what kind of soda they had, and he did not know if other sides were available. Honestly, I can get past the waiter not knowing the menu, but the quality of food was poor at best. My table had a lot of crumbs under the table from previous patrons. Super disappointed. I thought they would rock it out of the park and I'm sadly disappointed. I will give them a couple of months to get the kinks worked out and then go back...

I ordered a "super waffle" off the american breakfast menu and when i got home and opened my container i was greeted to 2 toaster waffles that looked like they got microwaved and were so mushy i couldn't cut them, bacon that crumbled when i picked it up, and 2 eggs that i could have cooked myself. Basically paid $12 for 2 eggs. I've eaten here before and their lunch/dinner food is far better. I don't know what they think american breakfast is but...

The deluxe nachos were good a little small for the price but not by much. The beef/chicken fajitas were good. A little more spice would have been ok but the flavor was still good. Honestly 3 tortillas wasn't enough for the amount of meat and vegetables. The chips and salsa were good. Salsa was ok but I would have liked a little more spice.
