El Dos De Oros — Restaurant in Larned

New management terrible service. Called an order in, something I get frequently. Paid but did not really pay attention to the ticket as I've ate at this place hundreds of times before. As I'm eating I read the receipt and see they charged me triple what it should have been! I call back and the lady who answers now seems to not understand english very well. The same lady I made my order too earlier who clearly understood my order and gave me what I asked for. She's now claiming I ordered something else that wasn't even on the menu. Well BS, I get the same thing everytime I go there for years. She initially stated the manager wasn't available. She eventually after many excuses told me the manager would be in around 5PM. I called back at 5 the manager immediately started making excuses for the worker. Ultimately he offered to put the money back on my card. I've tried 3 times now to get this taken care of and the manager is never available. This scenario has been repeated several times since the new management has taken over with several of my friends and coworkers. They are simply overcharging you and pocketing the money. When you complain they already have the routine figured out to make it impossible for you to get your money back. Pay attention to your ticket and do not leave the store if it seems wrong. These people are criminals! I will share this with everyone I know until this location goes out of business. They are taking advantage of a community that has embraced...

This place has, hands down, the best Mexican food I've had anywhere - the food is very flavorful and served fresh and hot. It has some spice to it, but wouldn't be overly spicy to most people, the portions are a good size, and the prices are very fair. My favorites to recommend are the fajitas (plus, the seasoning on the shrimp for these is AMAZING) and chimichangas, and definitely get an order of their cheese dip. The desserts are very good - I like the fried ice cream the best. And their Margaritas, both the regular and the mango ones, are very tasty. The restaurant itself if very colorful and designed beautifully, and the staff are very friendly. Wait times are not bad at all either, and you'll be given chips and salsa right after you're seated. You can also call orders in to pick up, which is what I usually do, and those usually only take about 15 minutes for my single dinner. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good quality...

If I could give a minus 10 star review, I would. I said "minus" !! We were visiting from Colorado and stopped in. After reading great reviews, we expected great food. Well, we could hardly identify our chili rellenos or the enchiladas as such. We think they used a large chunk of Velveeta cheese. Wasn't even melted!! Disgusting! We asked for smothered with green chili. They were not. It was some kind of lightly drizzled red sauce. Not hot sauce, not salsa... not sure what it was, but it was awful. This is the absolute worst Mexican food either of us have ever had in our life! If the owner knows what his cooks are serving, then he is doing a disservice to the community. If he doesn't, then he should. Do people in Larned actually think this is good...
