I GOT AN EYE INFECTION FROM MY VISIT HERE W DR RACHNA GUPTA. WILL BE REPORTING HER TO STATE BOARD OF OPTOMETRY AS WELL AS WITH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION. DO NOT GO HERE! YOU RUN A HUGE RISK AND THERES NOTHING HER OFFICE STAFF WILL BE ABLE TO DO FOR YOU SINCE THIS IS HER PRIVATE PRACTICE I’ve had the same prescription for over 15 years, I figured I schedule a routine exam with this office since it’s only 4 mins from my home. I came in and was scheduled w Dr Gupta. As I waited outside her office she called a patient in front of me and was out and done w her within 5 mins. She shouted out to the front office rep that patient had a really bad ? Infection on her eyes and prescribed some kind of medication. ( don’t recall the name of eye infection she mentioned or the prescription) Don’t shout your patients business out in the hallway in front of other patients (that’s violating they’re privacy and hipaa) 5 mins for an eye exam RIDICULOUS Soon after she called me in, did not ask me for reason for visit, or eye concerns or even said hello, she just preceded to ask me to sit in front of a machine

I DID NOT SEE HER CHANGE HER GLOVES AFTER LAST PATIENT I DID NOT SEE HER WIPE DOWN THE EQUIPMENT SHE USED ON ME PRIOR TO MY EXAM OR AFTER ( after she was done w me she immediately called the next patient into the room) SHE CONTINUOUSLY KEPT TOUCHING THE AREA AROUND MY EYES WITH HER FINGERTIPS SHE WANTED TO CHARGE ME $100 FOR MY CONTACT LENSE PRESCRIPTION WHICH VIOLATES the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION “CONTACT LENSE RULE” which means she should provide my prescription at NO CHARGE! UNFORTUNATELY THE DAY AFTER MY APPOINTMENT I WOKE UP W MY EYES EXTREMELY WATERY, ITCHY AND LOTS IF MUCUS AND BLURRED VISION. Do...

Desert Eye Care i had an appointment on August first and that was my first time there since this pandemic started. I was greeted at the door by an awwwwwwsome eye care employee i can't think of her name right off but she knows who she is. She explained to me in detail everything from the time she open the door on everything she had to do to get me prep to be seen by the eye doctor. She was very friendly and most of all professional in making me feel safe and comfortable and i would like give her a public shout out. This part goes to my eye doctor. Thank you sooooo much for always taking care of my eyes i see life better and thank you for having such and clean and very sanitize off i went into the exam room and each machine i had to sit at i felt like you had a brand new machine was there just for me i felt really safe especially being in the medical field myself and knowing your eyes,nose and mouth in these times have to be protected. I was able to smell the fresh cleaning on all the exam machines Thank You i was extremely satisfied and last but not least Mr. Rafael your such a funny guy i never experienced getting glasses can be fun you would be awesome for a person who may be having a bad day or just someone who needs some words of encouragement i want to say thank you. Well desert Eye Care on Nellis and I live in Pahrump I wouldn't trade Dr Gupta Gupta or her staff men and women for anywhere and another city they're clean they're polite they address their name they compensate you now of course if you want to have something to eat you need to pick it up before you get there but they're always somebody's doing something actively related to a job that needs to be taken care of as a task whether it's fixing your glasses shining your glasses helping the patient fill out a form or I love ring the bell I ring it twice I would rate this place and I am reading it five stars and if anybody thinks less of that I'd be amazed and I'm just sorry if you did have a bad experience but I'll tell you I have never ever been treated any less Dan Deborah H e i d e r and I've always been greeted with Pleasant clean apparatuses by Dr Gupta she's self-explanatory she repeats it if you're not quite sure so I suggest you go there I've been in Clark County 47 years and now I'm in Pahrump and I'll go that far f o r my eyeballs thank you Dr Gupta and all my girls and...
