TNT Nails right by Stewart and nellis their price is amazing AAAAAAP.s. you see how amazing my nails look and this is with the previous nails from a previous place (FANCY NAILS 🚫👎🏻🚫) that destroyed my hands were rude and mean and awful and just disgusting changing prices as they go doing s* to your nails that you didn't ask for and them charging you for them blah blah blah blah. then my aunt told me about this place I called I told them the truth about how rude and also these people well when I went in to get my fills, and Dina said come right now we'll fix you up right now I got there in less than 5 minutes cuz I was down the street and boy did they fix me up so as beautiful as my nails look right now that's her fixing the nightmare of the nails that were created previously stay tuned for more pictures she's got good ideas for me next time I go I literally just leave it up to her to do whatever she wants and I don't pick a thing and she knows and she's right and then she is Dina again everybody in there so amazing don't get me wrong but this is who my most interaction is with!!!!!! First I want to say I went here to get a pedicure, and I was happy with the quality of work that was done on my feet. Their basic is $25, which is okay. There are more affordable ones in the valley, but I went here because it was on the way to my house. The reason for 3 stars, is because they charge you extra to use your credit card. Which even though it's only a dollar, there's two reasons why I don't like this. And why I think it's bad business. I own a business myself and I take credit card, I do not charge my customers for them using their credit card, as I don't charge them when the power bill or the water bill or the gas bill goes up. It's part of doing business. If I increase my prices, it's because I have no choice, but I don't penalize the customer for the increase of cost to do business which credit card is the cost of doing business. The other reason why I don't like when places charge you to use your credit card especially when there is a service being provided and you want to tip the person, it kind of takes the joy of wanting to give a really good tip to the person who provided the service, so little do they know that when you charge for something that doesn't make sense, it makes you not want to tip that much , if anything at all. This place already charges at the minimum $25 for a pedicure, there's places that charge only $20 that accept credit card and do not charge you extra for it, which is why I took it down to a three star. I rate on overall service and quality of service not just the service. So for that I will not be coming back here, because I think that's bad service to charge your customers for something that is part of doing business, when your power bill goes up are you going to put a sign up and say I have to charge each customer a dollar? It's worth a very heavy heat that I have to retract my 5 star review. I really did love this place. The prices were great the staff for great. However just the last few times has been horrible.this last time was the straw that broke the camel's back. My nail polish started bubbling and peeled off so I asked them to fix it. Well it went through the shuffle of waiting for over 30 45 minutes. And honestly I just wanted to change the color I didn't feel like I should have to pay anything to change the color. I was wrong they want me to pay an extra $20 to change the color. Then it became this huge hassle trying to find the exact shade. And I was just like you know what I'm done and walked out. So just feels like every time there's always something. The last time the price was a little bit off as well. I always have to hold his hand when I want something done and explain it in great detail. Even this time I explained to him there was three Nails what was messed up. All he did was file it and was going to paint over the messed up part. You can't just cover up a messed up nail and call it good. not to mention they do not take appointments so you end up being stuck waiting every single time you go.

First and foremost Jim is amazing ! The first time I went is was just alright. This place is fantastic for fill because of the second time I went. Jim just seemed to know exactly what I needed. The prices were not that bad even cheap. There was bit of wait because they don't typically do appt I think but it's well worth it. Over all it's your average nail salon in appearance. I've only sat with 2 nail techs and one was ok and the other amazing. But I'm definitely going back to see Jim for my fill. Think I finally...
