I visited this locaction earlier today to get a pack a cigaretts for my friend and the lady behind the counter racially profiled me as a thug.. I just came from the gym, so i still had my sweat pants on. The weight from my wallet made my sweat pants sag on one side in the front...so as im standing holding up my sweat pants...the lady behind the counter starts screaming at me " get out of my store before i call the police for indecent exposure" she claims is was touching my self in line.. I stayed calm and tried to explain to her that the weight from wallet is making sweats sag to one side and that i was just holding them up....she continued to yell and make a scene prompting multiple people to turn and look. I work for the city.. I earn over $60,000 a year. I know thats not a whole lot of money, but its enough to live a comfortable/ respectable life style...im currently enrolled is school pursuing a degree in marketing...i did not deserve to be treated like a thug or some type of creep today at this location on Rancho and Owens. I didn't get the employee name but the time was between 11:00 and 11:30 am today(02/01/2017)...also i forgot to mention, when first came out the back she had a look on her face as if she really didn't want to assist me. I will never spend my money at this location ever again The employee...

I go here a lot to purchase cigarettes, I don't like that if you're running a special and I ask to do separate transactions to receive the discount your staff at many locations have the worst attitude about it. This company occupancy is maybe 300, and there's usually only 20 ppl in the building, and 18 are sitting at a gaming machine. Staff really only bring them beverages, so to do my 2-3 transactions takes about 2 minutes in total. I always used to tip them a $5 just to ring me up. Now I hardly ever tip the ones who have bad customer service skills. It's a job, I wouldn't go get a machines job and then be bothered that someone came in and asked me to work on their car. If you don't like your job, then go do whatever it is you like, but please don't represent someone else business with your bad choices and your unhappy life.
