It’s fairly easy to get to where you need to checkin regardless with big lots and ample room to be out of way of other docked trucks. There’s a portable scale that you will write your empty axle weights before they assign you a dock#. One you are loaded they will call your cell and you can return to scale for heavy weights. Take little paper with all your weights on it. Then they have you sign paperwork. They willl also put a seal on your trailer and take a photo. Make sure you have 2 straps for dryvans or 2 load-locks for refers. They must be in place before they will seal door. Make sure you come in with at least 3/4 fuel or full (preferable). I arrived 10 mins before my appointment and their lunch break. When I tried to check in, they told me that my pick up number is incorrect. While broker tried to figure out what's wrong with the pick up number, the office staff went to lunch. Broker couldn't find any problems with pick up number. When I went to office to try to check in again, they said that my pickup number is correct (the same pickup number). After that, they gave docks to two other trucks that checked in after me and loaded them first even though I arrived first and had an earlier appointment. This company is extremely unorganized, has no work ethic and office staff is extremely lazy (there was a Mexican man at the front desk). Now I cannot get to my third pick up on time and have to way until tomorrow...

What kind of Idiocracy is this place? Been sitting here for hours and hours already and nobody cares to load us. Trailer been stucked on the door dock and yet no one open the door on the dock. This is the most stupid place we ever have to pick up a load. We asked people inside and they seemed to know nothing what is going on. Can't even hardly explain us to how come they not load us. Why set an appointment when you never do your work on time. 5:30 pm and now already 8pm not doing anything. What a Dimwit. Full of moron here! Cant get done, 6 hours been passed already.
