Not a good place to deliver a frozen load. The cold section is the worst. The dry side is very fast though. They will definitely give you a door at your appointment time. Not earlier regardless of availability or other drivers not showing up. My appointment was at 7.30am got out at 1.30pm. That was last week. Today my appointment was 11.30am , was given a door then and now it’s 3.10pm and nobody has touched the trailer!😡. Remember the refeer doors are open & temperature outside is 92*. So the refeer is just shouting coz it can’t maintain the temp. My advice, only come here when you have nothing else to do! Staff at the gate and lumpers are very friendly and organized. 👏👏👏. If you want good advice, try not to come here for delivery. I can't even give a star but there's a minimum one to post. Very much expect for delivery. 90% of posts are with bad reviews so it should give you some thought... I've got almost five hours of hope to get out of here. Worst place ive been to! Here to deliver a load my appointment is for 11:30 am and it is now 2:30pm and i am still waiting on a door! I would never pick up a load for this place that treat us driver like trash! If we are late they will reschedule you and charge you! But when its the other way around they can care less! Gotta boycott this place so they can learn there lesson and who knows when i will receive a door but from the reviews seems like it will take forever to unload as well!
