Update: I donāt only do bad reviews. I also let my positive experiences be known. There is one driver on the route that goes above and beyond. He doesnāt just do his job but extra. One of his colleagues āattemptedā to deliver a package but didnāt even ring my bell and just left. I was annoyed but didnāt really make a fuss about it but the driver in question took it upon himself to bring my package to me. That wasnāt his job to clean up for his co-workerās laziness or whatever it was but Iām thankful that he had the initiative. I donāt know his name and this will sound so racist if Iām wrong but I think heās Asian and bald. If I figure out what his name is I will replace it with my vague description to give him his props because thatās not the only way he demonstrated his dedication to the job but just the latest. He getās five stars for himself.
I donāt do this often, Iāve changed some negative reviews to positive after the action or issue was corrected, but I cannot remember ever having to come back and update a one star review with even more negative information- until now. I literally stayed home today to accept this package. I was in the living room most of the morning but stepped to my kitchen to make some coffee. My kitchen is right around the corner from the front door. Suddenly I get a notification of a missed delivery attempt by UPS. I could not believe it. I went to the door and there was a delivery attempt notice. My door is so close that had he dropped his pen whole writing I would have heard him so I know he did not ring the bell. I donāt know. Theyāve been missing my address despite the address being on the package so maybe the driver couldnāt find the bell and just gave up. The negative reviews here donāt really matter because they will fall on death ears. Nothing will be done until we stop using UPS. Once the income of the leadership of this incompetent/negligent company is in jeopardy, they will finally do something.
Old Review Iām really speechless. I hate to sound rude but how hard is it to look at address on the package, look at the number on the side of the house, and make sure that they are the same? Am I asking for too much to have the items that I ordered delivered to my address, especially when I paid a few thousand dollars for those items? Not only did they deliver to the wrong address but they let the person at that address sign for my package. If youāre now sure if youāre at the right address, why not ask the home owner, āIs this 123 Xyz lane?ā Why not verify the name before having the person sign for the package? Once again I have to suffer the consequences for the screw up of these delivery drivers who have no attention to detail. Such a simple task, deliver the package to the address thatās literally written on the box and on the side of the house. Is it asking for too much to expect people to...

First and foremost, it seems like package theft is not just a rumor but a common practice among the employees here. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered, and when I inquired about its whereabouts, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. After some digging, I found out that several customers had reported missing packages, and it became painfully clear that the employees might be involved in the theft. (See attached photos)
Whatās worse is that management appears to be complicit in this behavior. Instead of addressing the complaints seriously, they brush them off and defend their staff. Itās hard to believe that a reputable company like UPS would allow such unethical behavior to thrive under their roof.
If you value your packages and your peace of mind, I highly recommend avoiding this UPS location. Itās disheartening to see a company that once stood for reliability and trust fall so far. Save yourself the headache and find a different shipping company ā one that values integrity and customer service.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy deliveries continue to be delayed once they hit this particular depot. When I call the one generic phone number for UPS I get zero additional help than what I can find myself when I look up my tracking info. Call center service reps are rude, impolite and NOT HELPFUL what so ever. I had one rep today tell me the only other thing she could do would be to send an email request for an update and when I said "yes, let's please do that" she did everything she could to not send the request. After convincing her to please do the service she literally just offered me she was very rude, short with me, told me someone would contact me within an hour (which they never did) and then hung up on me. I called back 8 hours later and got the exact same run around from another service rep. No, they cannot give you any contact information for contacting depots. No, they will not reach out to depots and try to help you get issues resolved. As they are paid to provide what little service we can convince them to I am out money waiting on merchandise I should be selling. All in all, I'm not using UPS any more. I would pay additional shipping rates to not have to deal with this service again.
