Ordered a phone off Back Market which supplies the phone through this company. $800 for an iPhone 13. The screen was NON OEM part which was not up to them OEM specs of a legit iPhone 13 which is supposed to have: Super Retina XDR OLED technology at a resolution of 2532×1170 pixels and a pixel density of about 460 PPI with a refresh rate of 60 Hz.

The avg person would not notice the difference but I used to work for a company that repaired all types of electronics including cellphones and then resell them. I noticed the differences right away.

Not only that but the phone displayed a gray and black line almost like a static image right before booting up to the apple image. Slowly but surely the phone screen started going black and not displaying any image. I had to do a soft reset to get the phone to come back on. This started happening 1x a month then 2x a month then every week.

Finally now here we are a year later the phone is completely bricked. $800 down the drain due to this company cutting corners and not using OEM products. When I contacted Back Market for support they used a 3d party message to route me to SupplyTronics LLC (this company) and send my complaint to them. I emailed them the first week I got the phone and noticed the screen wasnt legit.

They told me to send the phone back and then they would investigate the issue and if warranted they would replace the part. I told them I wanted a 100% refund as this phone was not OEM spec and a fraudulent transaction as I was not given what I was promised when placing the order.

This company I guarantee is taking advantage of hundreds of people that do not know the difference in receiving non OEM parts. I am uploading pics to my...

I’m completely amazed with this purchase!! I think it’s the best deal I’ve had in my life!! First of all I’m Mexican so iPhones here are NOT CHEAP AT ALL!! Neither new or used! And trust me, you don’t want to buy an used iPhone here in Mexico! Anyhow; the experience I had with Supplytronics was AWESOME! First of all the package arrived sooner (Expected the 14th and was delivered the 12th) then it was delivered by DHL!!! And as soon as DHL México received my package they got in communication with me letting me know the delivery status all the time! Also, I got in touch with Supplytronics several times before receiving my package and they answered all my questions right away! They have a great customer service!!! They are very friendly and professional! Now, for the price I paid for this iPhone I was expecting a phone in really bad conditions... scratches, home button or buttons malfunctioning, cracks, etc... But what I received... WOW!!! This is a like a brand new phone!!! It has not even 1 scratch, crack, buttons working well, doesn’t overheat, charges super fast, the battery lasts forever and the battery life capacity is above 90%!!! I had no problems restarting it, setting it up, updating it, using my Mexican SIM card (UNEFON which partnered up with AT&T), everything works great, camera, mic, speakers, WiFi, LTE signal, Bluetooth, fingerprint, EVERYTHING) I can’t believe I was able to purchase such a great phone for such a LOW price!! The WORST Absolutely the worst company do not buy from them. If i could give them 0 stars I would. I looked at their ebay feedback and it looked decent. My daughter needed an new phone and was purchasing one with her own money. So I ordered one in what they classify as Grade A Condition phone was shipped in a bubble mailer inserted into a cardboard envelope I was SHOCKED, how can you email an Iphone 7 plus in something that could be crushed etc. Well turns out the phone was bent along one side. They do not have a phone number so you cannot call them and their customer service email they must have one person replying once a day terribly slow. So fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. The person who replied from Supplytronics said oh no thats not representative of what we sell. I told them I am buying another phone from you I want the device 110% tested as I would give them one more chance. Second iPhone 7 Plus came in touch screen did not work properly. I am so done with these clowns!. Emailed them again asking for my money back and a return label. Again they shipped it in a bubble mailer. Stupid just stupid!
