So this is the second âless than satisfactoryâ experience I have had with Dillons grocery store (pharmacy specifically). And to be more exact, not to group all Dillons stores; the Dillons store and pharmacy on Massachusetts street, is by far the most unprofessional of all the Dillons in Lawrence, and I wouldnât even go as far to say the most unprofessional and rude individuals are employed at this Dillons location. So tonight itâs thunder storming. Itâs raining pretty bad not to mention itâs dark outside. I get to Dillons and Iâm thinking oh great I made it. Itâs 856 and the pharmacy closes at nine. I get into the store and to the pharmacy by the time I grab my phone out of my purse, and looked at the time it was 858. I literally stood there with the pharmacy employees, while I repeatedly said the time. Letting them know it was still not 9 oâclock. One of the pharmacist said will be back at 9 AM. I got no apology , I got no empathy or sympathy, and also no concern or regard for my well-being or well-being of whomeverâs prescription I...
Read moreTold me they didn't have my med. that it would be in on Mon. (it was Fri., it was ok I had enough med at home). Get there Mon. at 5pm, no your (loudly) "BIRTH CONTROL!!!" did not arrive today, says Employee 1. Correction from Employee 2: yes it did. Reality: yes it did. Employee 1, give me a few minutes to label this for you (it comes in boxes, does not need counted). About 10 min. later Employee 1 walks my bag over to counter and just leaves it there, does not wave me over to check me out, does not mention it to the cashier, nothing. A few moments later, Employee 2 notices my bag and comes over to ring me up. And oh wait we said we'd give you a 90 day supply but actually we can only give you 30 day supply (which is actually a 21 day supply) so yay! I get to go there like every week practically to get my "BIRTH CONTROL!!!!"
I'm not impressed but will give them another try since they are a convenient...
Read moreI really love this pharmacy, actually me and my husband do. They always treat us so nice and we see them a lot because I take a lot of medicine and we live so close we walk there. They have never treated us less than friendly. I can go up there or call for any questions I have and they are more helpful than not only my doctors but any pharmacy I've ever used. Usually people in recovery don't always get treated as equal or nice for whatever reasons, but the ladies here are exceptionally different and make me feel better about myself. I feel comfortable asking them anything and have a lot of respect for them as pharmacist and...
