HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE If I could give a negative rating, I would. My sales guy was Abdul, he was great, never made us feel pressured, and was very informative. He sold us the TV lift bed, was able to get us down for next day delivery, no problem. First Issue: bed did not get delivered until after 9PM! My boyfriend and I did not finish getting it put up until 2 am. The overall product is a 8.5 out of 10. Second Issue: No one ever informed us what kind of tv had to go in the bed. My boyfriend suggested I reach out to Arena since the 40 inch I had already was too thick. The lady at the desk informed me all I needed was a Vizio 40 in or less. I went to Walmart and purchased the TV I was instructed to get. initially she informed me "it was simple and all we had to do was screw it in. FALSE. When I called back, I was told the lift can be "tricky" and they would send someone out on Saturday. I had to call Saturday morning to find out what time the technician was coming- he didn't make it out until 3:10- less than 3 hrs before I had to be at work. He was very helpful, but informed us IT WAS THE WRONG VIZIO. So now, I have had my time and money wasted. As of now, NO solution has been suggested, nor offered. I am a highly dissatisfied customer at the lack of professionalism and clear communication. I will make sure my friends and family DO NOT purchase from here unless they want a headache. First of all I am very grateful that I found this furniture store that’s very reasonable with great qualities and good employees .It’s a very clean and in order and the staff are very cordial, professional and generous I just got my home and I’m so glad to identify with this furniture store. I was skeptical in the beginning but I’m glad I took the chances to get my furniture‘s from their store that’s has reasonable prices compared to other big store names which I have been shopping for the past two months but when I came across this store I was amazed because of the good quality furniture the good customer service and the delivery time was excellent the delivery guys wore their masks, on time, social distance and make sure to clean up after putting together my furniture’s .My teenaged son is so happy with his bedroom set my mom is so excited with her bedroom and I’m overwhelmed with my guest room sets. I’m so satisfied that my living room sets are so beautiful that everybody keep asking me where I purchase the furnitures. I just want to say a big thank you to Eyad, Abdul, MO and Waleed.I’m so grateful for you all and I’ll keep recommending my family and friends to Furniture Arena because they are honest, reliable and efficient. My Friend brought a sectional that was originally 2300, After all fees it came out too 2700 with delivery and everything. She originally wanted to buy the couch in full and they talked her into potentially getting more pieces and receiving a free trip. Telling her she just had to pay for the flight to get there. The only thing she was told is that if she leases the furniture more more than 6 months she will have to pay interest to her monthly payments. Her Couch was purchased mid-end of August. She called the American First financing company to let them know she would be paying her couch out in full. For the financing people to tell her that an early buy out of her lease will be 6k. I couldn’t believe my ears. I asked specific question as to why would someone want to finance a 2300 dollar section and have to pay 6k to buy and purchase the property early. Abdul rushed through the who property didn’t explain any of this or any of the term and just gave her that the total amount she was paying was 2700. Be careful buying items here they are preying on people. Remember all things that sound good is a gimmick! I didn’t feel right and got my couch from another place that and my couch came with insurance and 40 percent less for early buyout and same as cash for 120 day. This is absurd what they did to my friend and they should be ashamed of...
