I purchased a Groupon to this place for a 60 minute couples massage. The Groupon price was $160. When we got there, the price sheet on the counter read that a Couples Massage was $130. Please explain to me why I paid $30 extra on Groupon for the same service? When I asked why the price difference, I was told that they charge more on Groupon because THEY have to pay fees and that I should have just come in to their place of business and NOT purchase it on Groupon. How was I supposed to know that there was a price difference? That is absurd. Once in the room, their business phone kept ringing, 3 times, and each time, one of the ladies stopped and got out of the room and answered the phone. She did this 3 times and at one point, there was a customer that walked in the door and she again stopped and went to greet him and then came back. This is absolutely unacceptable. Why do they not have a receptionist to answer phones and greet customers. Not to mention that every time she walked out and back in, the door was wide open so anyone who might have been walking down the hall would have been able to see us inside the room. I felt so uncomfortable and that my privacy was not their concern and was not protected. The overall massage was not even 60 minutes, it was a total of 45 min from start to finish. This place is so sketchy and you can hear police sirens non stop. Once we finally finished and started walking out, one of the ladies yelled at us to come back. She then demanded a tip. First of all, really? A tip is given if the customer feels you earned it, its not something you demand especially after the unprofessional service we received. I told her I am not leaving you a tip, you can use the $30 extra that I was changed on Groupon as your tip. She started raising her voice at me so we just left. We will NEVER come...
Read moreI wish I could give it 5 stars but I just can't. Every time I go it is hit or miss with a good massage. Lisa and some of the staff do very well and then the other staff, again I hate to be ugly but they just don't do very well. I just left and my skin was rubbed off my neck to thw point I had to remind her to stop rubbing my neck with the towel on it as the friction was rubbing my skin off and making me raw. I also was very clear when I walked in for my 3 hr massage about what I wanted. The main probelme areas, my skull, jaw, neck top and front of my shoulders and collar bone area we not worked on except to friction burn my skin off. The front and sides of my neck along with my jaw and all the areas that cause me tension migraines and such were not addressed although I kept trying to say do it like this or here and was clear in the beginning. 500+ dollars later for a 3hr massage for myself an d husband and I'm just very displeased. I don't think we will be going back to say the least. Again, I hate leaving this because they are nice but some of them...
Read moreI wouldn’t recommend coming here. I booked my appointment online for a 90 min full body massage. At the cost of $100. Once I arrived she said it was $110, I politely said the website says the full body massage for 90 mins is $100. She said if I want deep tissue it’s $110. I said okay, good thing I want the full body regular massage. She said okay it’s $100. Once I get in the room with my clothes off she asks again about the extra $10 which I felt was very manipulative to ask again once I had my clothes off. So I said okay to get things started and over with. Half of the massage was so aggressive as if she wanted me to have the deep tissue anyways. If a regular full body massage isn’t an option or she could not perform it, take it off your menu list. Simple. Then as I was leaving she had the nerve to ask about a tip. Here’s a tip: if you’re considering going there, DONT. I rather mop the ocean....
