Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Georgia

I am not sure if something has changed in the last few months, but this location seems a bit disorganized. The last time I ordered, the delivery came over an hour later than stated. I chalked it up to just a busy day.

However, I ordered again today and had a flurry of issues. First, the order was trending toward being an hour late again. This time I called and spoke to someone who stated that I had ordered carry out - until they must have seen the tag on the box for delivery.

Then they asked someone to come look at the box and explain why it was not delivered. After a few minutes of back and forth, they put me on hold. During that time, the text alert signaled that the delivery was on its way (exactly 30 minutes later than the originally stated delivery time).

When the person got back on the phone, they told me the delivery driver was already on their way. But when I asked how long the order had been sitting there, the person said it hadn’t and that the driver came to pick it up a while ago. However, I only live 5 minutes away from their location, so there isn’t a possibility that the driver had left any earlier than that moment. The pizza came a little stale and not cut completely.

It happens, I know but it’s unfortunate that their disorganization has also led to some lack of accountability. Their pizza has always been a guilty pleasure but this was maybe...

This was our 1st and hopefully last time buying pizza from this teeny tiny store front, due to a very unfriendly curly haired young man, who looked like if he could shoot us on sight, he'd be more than happy to!! He looked like his face would break if he smiled or said 'hi!!!' Maybe he just lost his best friend. This is 2019, and these hillbilly hicks STILL dont know how to do business properly!! He never asked my friend for her phone number when he realized we were going to wait in the car! He slung our receipt on the counter, instead of in her friecking hand! Can't get that color conscious Demon out of his spirit! So young to live like that. In fact, the Kroger next door is just as backwards, filled with Hillbillies, who are mentally stuck in the 1950's!! The young man in Pizza Hole never even asked us if we needed soda or other items, and didn't give us any napkins. Maybe he thinks that African Americans don't use napkins: They use their hands to wipe their mouths... Why of course we don't use napkins.. Psych!! P.S. The pizza seemed okay, that's why I...

I placed an online order, as I always do to earn my points and free food. This time around I did the curbside pickup, contactless. My order was for 7:45 pm which is my lunch time. I left a little early for lunch to get my food on time and still have a full 30 minutes to eat. When I arrived, I texted the number with “HUT” and was asked for my name and car. I never heard back after giving my info. I watched the manager and one worker with locs look at me through the window as the only car outside and not move an inch.. I’m thinking, “ okay, maybe I can give 5 mins for it to finish”....

I literally sat in my car from 7:45 pm until 7:56 pm and did not rec’ve my pizza until 8:00pm which is 15 minutes AFTER it was supposed to be handed to me directly curbside and 15 minutes after a text came through my phone. This behavior is so unacceptable and unprofessional. I’ve had better service from this place with only 2 people working at nights, and there was a full staff in there tonight....
