I was in this Kroger this afternoon and needed to use the restroom. Oh my goodness! I've seen gas station bathrooms that were cleaner! Trash all over the floor. Urine all over the toilet seat and floor. No paper towels in the dispenser. No seat covers in the seat cover dispenser. (The ladies room was "out of order", so it's hard to imagine how bad it was over there!) It's not surprising that this men's room is so unsanitary - the chart they post on the door to track who has cleaned it was completely blank. (It's Monday, so it's possible that they cleared this board this morning, but it's 1pm, and according to the chart it should have been cleaned three times by now. Also, it's doubtful that an entire dispenser of paper towels and seat covers was used in one Monday morning. Just how long has it been since they went in here?) I know everyone claims to be short staffed these days, but leaving the store, I passed multiple employees seemingly doing nothing. One was sitting on one of the little scooter carts talking on her cell phone. I don't know if the employees use this restroom or one (hopefully cleaner) in the back, but these are people who handle your groceries. If you buy anything edible here ... well ... I'd give it a thorough scrubbing before putting it in your mouth.

Kroger definitely has an excellent selection of foods and groceries in addition to great customer service. I once I had a question about the different types of chicken flavors they had at the deli. Two workers came from behind the deli and gave me a great hands on shopping experience where I was able to sample the sauces in order to choose which type of chicken I would prefer. Met with smiles and Southern hospitality every time.

Kroger has always been a great experience for me. Maybe it's the times I shop there. The aisles are free of boxes like some store leave them right in the middle of the floor to trip over. The produce is fresh and I can always find what I need. The employees are very helpful and courteous. Funny how the store wants you to shop but they hardly ever have carrying baskets when you first enter the store.

If I could give less than one star I would. I am a former Kroger employee (my first job) and have been a long time shopper of Kroger's for years . I have shopped in Kroger's in multiple states but this by far has been the worst!!!!! After speaking with a customer service rep in the store who stated that they get trucks in everyday, I cant tell. I have been to this store on 3 separate occasions in the last month and the shelves are empty.... I understand undergoing renovations however why bother being open during such time if your shelves will remain empty. In addition I have placed a product request for the same items on two separate occasions now and they still have not been received. Let me not forget to mention that I went in to buy a product that I forgot only to get it home and start dinner and notice the product expiration was from July 17,2017 a whole month ago...why are you stocking products past their expiration dates???? Like you're asking for a lawsuit here. There is a Publix down the street and while the price is higher the store looks a lot better. Needless to say I may have to find another Kroger's location and/or grocery store chain...

On a Saturday morning at 8:40 am, I found myself unable to check out at a register due to the absence of cashiers. Despite it being the busiest shopping day of the week, all checkout lanes were closed, and there were no cashiers available. Manager Jesse informed me that a cashier had called out, and I would need to use the self-checkout to scan a full cart of groceries worth approximately $250. I declined, explaining that it was impractical to scan an entire cart at the self-checkout. Surprisingly, despite having employees throughout the store—stocking shelves, working in meat and produce, and handling other tasks—none of them could operate a register.

Thankfully, the self-checkout/loss-prevention employee was still on duty. Otherwise, the store wouldn’t have been able to process any sales. It’s almost comical to imagine locking the doors and reporting zero sales to corporate! Needless to say, I won’t be spending any more money at a business with such poor operating principles...
