Roots did an outstanding job with the flowers for my mother in law’s service, including a last minute arrangement when I realized the afternoon before that we didn’t have flowers for the memorial/picture table. I’m pretty peculiar (read: picky and not easily impressed) so I was skeptical but the funeral director put Bill on the phone and he intently listened to my vision and let me tell you, he DELIVERED. Roots is by far the best florist in the area. Bil goes out of his way to make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for. His talent with arrangements is breathtaking. His care for his customers is even bigger. My mom love Bil and visited him almost daily at his store. When she got sick and passed Bil was amazing to the whole family. Her casket arrangement was beyond words. It’s still talked about today! I ordered a funeral arrangement on December 15, 2018 and was double charged. I called and let them know and was told they would take care of it. I waited for a couple billing cycles and still no refund showed up. I called again last week and was told they would take care of it Monday or Tuesday. Today is Wednesday and I called to verify and they still hadn’t taken care of it and was told “it might take a while”. Apparently I’m not the only person who’s had a similar experience with Roots Florist either. Would not recommend and will not be buying anything...
