I have had two appointments at the store in the last 6 weeks led me to leave a one star review. The first visit was to activate a phone with a ported phone number. The rep told me all was good to go but when I got to the car, the phone wasn't active and I had to return for the whole process to start again. Mistakes happen, I didn't make an issue of it. But then today...
The second appointment was today for a billing concern related to the phone being activated incorrectly (being overcharged $42.40 for a line of service for the phone that now has a ported number). I was told the store couldn't help, wouldn't help and that this "wasn't their problem". I asked for help navigating customer service as I had already spent 47 minutes on hold with no resolution. Again I was told no, this wasnt their problem and they would not do anything for it. While standing there, got a text that I had requested my appointment be cancelled.
I asked for a manager and was told to return at 5am tomorrow to meet manager Mike, whowould be at the store to let carpet cleaners in. I asked if I could reach him by phone at the store and was told good luck. I asked for a business card or way to contact him and was told to come at 5am if that's what I wanted.
I am appalled at the poor customer service and have been an AT&T customer for over 10 years to have this be what the business...
Read moreThis is by far the worst AT & T store i've ever been too. Me and my Husband , switched from T-Mobile too AT & T. We both had trade ins everything went fine during that process and we were happy. Once we got the bill and it was $80 higher than what it should of been we were confused. We called and they stated that they only had my husbands trade in and not MINE. They sat and made us feel like liars and treated us terribly. We spoke to every manager in there and they all said the same thing. That they couldnt do anything and that they didnt have my phone. This went on for MONTHS. The bill kept getting higher and higher. I Decided to go to the legends location and speak to one of their managers. As soon as i did they FOUND MY TRADE IN. Stated it was a technical error! The manager that did our trade ins did it incorrectly which is Obvious since they couldnt find it by my number. They had my trade in that whole time and Continued to over charge for months. Read moreIf I could give 10 stars I would. I went in last week starting Monday looking to get internet since I just moved. I can not remember the first guys name who helped me but he did everything he could but we had some issues (not their fault at all) I then worked with Savanah (I believe, I’m terrible at remembering names) who also worked her tail off but ran into the same issues. I called on Friday, Leslie (once again I apologize) answered, she notified me that my order had finally gone through, and a technician would be out on Saturday. She also walked me through everything, gave me every little detail. Fast forward Saturday. Rolando came out, was here before I could get home and was already knocking out work outside. He was very kind, very informative and knew exactly what he was doing. He gave me options for if the WiFi was weak in some rooms, walked me through every small detail about my WiFi router. 110% amazed with the crew through this whole process. 5 stars all around from...
