The Exchange — Local services in Leavenworth

OMG!!! do not order anything bed this here. The first wk of june i ordered a mattress and frame on the same order. I was told my order was in, the email only had the bed frame on it. so called the exchange was told it was ll there. went to pick it up. yeap, just the frame. I wanted to pickup the whole order but i could not. I was told that i had to pick up the frame or it would be sent back. when to pu the frame and told that i did not have to drive an hr on way, that i could have changed the pu date. She got just down right snotty with me. took my frame and left. that was approx 2 wks after the order. now on to the mattress. I was told several differ dates and pick up times. which none were correct. Here is the end of the month and i get an email from the carrier (fraglePAK) that i did not have proper id. And that i need to schedule a new date. what!!! this order is to go to an military facility/exchange, not sure of the miss communication here. but somebody really need to take the bull by the horns and figure out the problem here. this is the first time i ordered from this exchange and the last. going back to the civilian side. as a veteran, I feel that i have been mistreated, disrespected, and that this exchange does not give a damn. very poor customer service. by the way i still have no idea were the rest of my order or if i will...

Constantly out of things. Unless you find a sale on whatever you’re buying, it’s not worth it, and even with a sale places like Home Depot or Lowes or Walmart have it better. Constantly out of electronics (AirPods, cables, mobile chargers, kitchen items like drip pans for the stove or things like that). Doesn’t carry small kids coloring books (plenty of adult coloring books tho 🙄).

Total lack of age appropriate mens clothes. Went here to pick up a cheap pair of slacks, a shirt, and a jacket because mine is as still in HHG. Mens clothing consisting of cargo pants, hunting shirts, and basketball shorts. Really disappointing.

Worst part about it is having to drive like and hour plus to go to Overland Park or something to get anything nice. Workers, especially in electronics and appliances are super nice

Oddly, doesn’t carry white Santa Claus decorations or angel decorations, only...

The customer service sucks! Watch out because they will charge your card twice. I told the lady it was approved on my side and they made me re enter my card and made me pay again because their computer showed it didn’t go through and I showed them on my bank card it showed they charged me twice and they couldn’t give me my refund I have to call a number to get my refund back. And they said it’ll go back on the card with in a day or two that was a lie it took my money and never went back on so I have to call the people to get our refund and knowing how long that’ll take. I called the number they gave me and it goes to voice mail smh! I am beyond upset! So everyone just watch...
