Burger King — Restaurant in Leavenworth

The food isn't that bad when you wanting to grab something quick and go home...when you don’t want to leave base. Me and my husband have only been here about 2-3 times....but every time the person at the window/speaker has been either rude or rushy or both. Like today when we went the girl was literally using one word answers and all. We got hi what can I get for you. And when my husband ordered his meal he asked to switch the fries to onion rings and she said ok drink. Then she she did the same when he ordered my meal. I got chicken fries so she was like sauce? Then when it came to my drink I asked if I could get a frozen coke instead she said ok. Then came back and said is that it we said yes and she said 2nd window. When we got to the window she gave us the total and I was kinda shocked at the fact she said thank you when we handed it to her. She even talked the same as she was on the speaker. Went there Friday morning in Lansing, to get a couple of breakfast sandwiches. No customer service at the counter whatsoever. The cook came out from the back and called out into the dining area for one of the cashiers to come upfront and man the cashregister. She took my order and the sandwiches were made and left sitting on the counter in the cook area. Ten minutes later, I finally asked another cashier if l could get my sandwiches, who by the way, was heavily engrossed in a conversation with her brother's girlfriend and kid, and looked at me like l was imposing on her time. The place is in dire need of a manager to train the employees on what good customer service is, because this place is in dire need of good help. Probably will not return there. I recently visited this Burger King location and I must say, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish.

First and foremost, the Whopper I ordered seemed like it had been slopped together without any care or attention to detail. It was far from the quality I expected from Burger King.

The front service left much to be desired as well. It felt rushed and disorganized, with little regard for the customers in line. Despite there being only two people ahead of me, the service was slow and lacked efficiency.

Overall, I was unimpressed with the standards at this Burger King location. It's a shame to see a once-beloved fast food chain fall so short of expectations. One star is a generous rating for this...
