I’ve done quite a bit of business in here with no issue over the last 4 years. Pick the product, pay, it’s always been easy. Customer service has always been decent but not great. Today I went in to purchase some picture frames and matting. They said this was considered “Custom” work and would take 30-60 days (blamed COVID and staff issues). I can understand that but wanted to just purchase the nice wood frames and do the matting somewhere else. They wouldn’t let me, said they have to frame/mat and do everything in house. I didn’t have the timeline to support this and was not willing to leave my one of kind documents with them to frame and mat. Kind of sad, they literally had the frames sitting in front of me. They have a product number, are listed in the catalog with an individual price but not for sale. Worst part was getting mixed messages from one person to the next...disappointing honestly cause the frames...

If you're stationed at Leavenworth or live within driving range, consider checking them out for your arts and crafts. You'll get custom/Etsy quality stuff for a fraction of the price. Since it's a vocational program for the inmates, they only charge you for material.
