I went into the miracle mile location looking for a bulk tank hose adapter for my camp chef camping oven. The cashier was as helpful as she could be. She took me to where the item should have been, and it wasn't there. That was all fine, but when she tried to get a manager to help me, she was ignored. I didn't mind so much they ignored me, but when they ignored a co-worker asking for assistance, that was it for me. She apologized to me, which she didn't need to do. Great store and friendly employees. However.... I do have a problem with the environmental impact this location leaves. Styrofoam blocks from the trailers being shipped as well as TSC bags and retail related trash litter the woods around the store. A little annoying they make sure their landscape is pristine but stop at the property boundaries picking up their trash.

Meanwhile the wetland out back by the rail trail has decomposing styrofoam blocks and plastic packaging everywhere that’s blown...

While shopping for a few things here I had an encounter with a man that identified himself at mike the district manager. He was giving me some information I was asking about but was rushing, and everytime he’d finish he would try and walk away from me even though I still had more questions.
