I terminated my lease after living there for about a year and not adjusting to our home for a number of reasons. First, there was confirmed black mold in the home but the housing office refused to help us move instead they had someone patch it up. My family and I decided to move out anyway and continued to pay for a house we no longer resided in. Secondly, after the closeout housing inspection was conducted we were charged for hard water damage in upstairs restroom. We had hired a professional cleaner to clean the house and she commented that she couldn’t get out the stain which had been present prior to us moving in. When I brought this up to housing office, they suggested that I hire a professional cleaner or clean it with pumice stone. I had already hired a professional cleaner who couldn’t get it out either. I was upset that I was being charged for something out of my control. These homes are old and require updating. Lastly, the water bug problem caused many sleepless nights. Charles Townsend, Randy Brister, Brandon Hensley, Raymond Roberts, and Bill Ainsworth were absolutely amazing! I put in a work order about tact strips that Mr. Charles and Mr. Randy handled in the morning and they were some of most kind-hearted, respectful techs I've ever met. I then had an issue with electrical outlets that night and within an hour, Mr. Bill, Mr. Brandon, and Mr. Raymond got out to us in the freezing cold rain and got us fixed within an hour! It's actually really clean inside and has small gym, movie room, billiards, foosball, kitchen, party room but the best is yet to come.
