I had the worst experience these past few days. I placed a click list order around 5 pm Tuesday 2/2, there wasn’t an available pickup until the next day.. kinda sucked but whatever. I schedule the pickup for 5pm. I get a call around 4pm on 2/3 from a woman saying that my order would not be ready until the following day around 10am. Obviously I’m upset. I then get an update that my order is ready and to let them know when I’m heading to the store, I call customer service to make sure that’s accurate bc it wasn’t supposed to be ready until the next day- who contacted the store and they promised my order would be ready by 7. I arrive around 6:40, finally around 7:50 an employee comes out and tells me they haven’t evan began picking my order and I could possibly pick it up the following day around the same time ????¿ at this point I’m furious. I’ve been waiting days to get an order, I had $60 in coupons attached to my pickup order and ended up having to go in and get the items myself and paid a hefty price difference. I usually do instacart or store pickup from Aldi, and giving Kroger a chance was the worst possible mistake I...
Read moreI’ve been doing instacart recently and had two different orders come through close to closing. The first one I get here at 9:54, the woman rushes to close the door and locks it. I was getting five things, in two different places. I would have been in and out of that place in under five minutes. Lost it on $15.
Two days later i get the second order, very similar just five things. I get there 9:40, there is a woman on the intercom telling everyone they have ten minutes before she locks the registers and no one can buy anything and have to leave. She did this maybe every two minutes. There were a number of employees walking around just following customers like trying to rush everyone out.
I would suggest not coming to this store anytime after 9pm. The employees are very rude and do not want to be there and obviously want you to leave.
No issues during the morning...
Read moreWatch out for incorrectly priced items. I shopped yesterday and was screwed out $4.36. Coke 6 pack bottles was supposed to be 4 for $8 however they rang up for $12. I also bought 4 Kroger canned peaches. The shelf tag reflected $1 per can but they rang up $1.09. I got screwed out of 36 cents on those. You really need to watch. This happens a lot at Kroger and I'm sure most people just let it go. Kroger will make it right with you however it's the frustration of having to deal with unnecessary hassling of dealing with customer service. Kroger should make sure that all prices scan correctly. Customer service has really went south over the past several years. It used to have the best of the best but not much anymore. Barney Kroger would never approve of how his stores are ran in...
