La Carcacha Food Truck — Restaurant in Lemon Township

Been wanting to stop here for years and finally had a chance to. I ordered one Special Taco - Pastor and a side of beans. The taco was really good, exactly what I would expect for an authentic taco, meat was tender and flavorful, toppings were fresh. Special is just add lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and cheese. I wouldn't normally add the toppings, but decided to give it a try, and it was good. The refried beans were just normal, nothing special. I think may be using canned beans as the base, but they were seasoned well. Overall, very good and I'll definitely be going back to try some other items. Total...

Have driven by this food truck many many times. Today, we finally stopped to try it out, and I am so glad we did! Don't be like us and wonder if it's any good because you'll regret it. Like the other comments, the staff is very friendly, and the food is fantastic. We will definitely be back to try the other items on the menu. Great job...
