Leon's — Local services in Lemoore

I've been to this establishment twice. First time was on Thursday, 10/10/24 at 7pm. Young girl that served us was friendly and provided great service. Second time I went was Saturday, 10/19/24. Lady who served was rude said we could only order ice cream from freezer. Multiple times stated I'm closing right now, even though the time was 7pm and online says they close at 8pm. She said didn't have ingredients for mangonadas. Then one member of my party placed an order with a different fruit, but she came out with a mangonada full of mangos. If this lady is the owner I recommend she not continue in her business. She truly had terrible customer skills to serve her customers. She rushed through our order, was rude and untruthful about what time they close, about what ingredients they had, just because she didn't want to prepare 3 mandonada orders. I am extremely disappointed. On the positive side, menu items are truly amazing. They have great quality items. Just wish customer service was better. Went to this place today Thursday, May 26. 2022. I I bought two Diablitos, Not only did they give it to me without A lead and it was leaking. I gave specific instructions of how I would like it to be made. I used to make them. I had to ask her as she was making it to Add more lemon. That’s not the big issue the big issue is that this place has gotten sloppy with their products. They did not use real lemon (I honestly thought that’s what she was pending in) they use Lemon juice. And it does not taste the same. There Mermelada Was NOT homemade so I didn’t get pieces of Tamarindo. So I took a drink out of it, then I just threw it away (My daughter did as well). I had bought two of them it was $15.56 With taxes and the 50 Cent credit card charge. That is gross. It was a waste of $15.56. I will stick to going to Coalinga or to the swap meet. That to Diablito Was a Negative zero. When places get cheap with their lemons and their products I just don’t go there anymore. It was so gross. I’m starting to regret not asking for...

I had the greatest experience at this little ice cream shop. It sounds like it's a family owned business as there was a little girl that walked in who seemed to know the staff pretty well, while I was still cruising my eyes through their menu. I believe she said her name was Jennifer, she was so kind! I asked her tons of questions about the ice creams and I was looking for a chili dog, but they were out of hotdogs. Luckily she recommended places to me, and she helped me find the restaurant I was looking for. Is recommend a trip here if your looking for a quick snack, or 🍦🍨 sweet treat! The customer service is excellent, I was greeted from the moment I stepped foot in the business and I was served within minutes of my order.
