Me and my girlfriend was in the mood for Chinese food so we stopped in for dinner. The waitress was nice at first but she turned very sour after I was joking on what I wanted to drink. I asked her if she had sweet tea and she said no but, you can add some sweetner to it and it would be sweet tea. Then she goes on to explain to me that one packet of sweet and low would be better because real sugar doesn't melt in ice tea. I looked at her like she was talking to a 5 year old kid who doesn't know there colors. Then she went as far as to say, "Dude we close in twenty minutes."
So as we we're ordering our food, she kept on pushing my girlfriend to order hot sauce chicken because I ordered it already. Our meal was pot stickers, pork chop suey, ( the waitress was trying to convince my girlfriend that she didn't want that but something else because it had a mix of noodles and something else), sweet and sour chicken, the house special fried rice, hot sauce chicken which came with white rice and two glasses of water.
As she brought our food out to us, she asked me if I still wanted the white rice because we ordered the house fried rice, I told her yes, and she brought it out to us. The white rice looked like it was made a couple days ago, the sweet and sour chicken looked like it was cooked earlier in the day and was dried out, my hot sauce chicken was not spicy at all, the pot stickers were some what cold or nuked, I couldn't tell. But we mustered thru the meal for a few bites and just left. The waitress brought us four takeout boxes for five dishes after she packed up the chop suey and gave us our bill. We didn't take the white rice and she asked me why. I just told her that I didn't want it out of respect.
At the check out, she was very pushy on the credit card machine as if I couldn't read or didn't understand how to use a very outdated machine. I will NEVER go back to this place for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been here before and I liked it before! I called in today to order dinner and I was very specific on what I wanted and I asked for extra sauce for my chow mien sauce like I always do and the lady that takes orders was rude to me until I called her out on how rude she was and when I went to pick up my food she was nice but when I called after I got home and served myself my rice was soggy and my FRIED shrimp was drenched in the extra sauce I asked for, when I called them they said next time and I cut her off because you do not serve chow mein like that that especially when you ask for deep fried noodles and the shrimp tasted boiled when she said it was pan fried. I specifically asked them to make sure there was no pork and I think they got mad but for what I paid I think I should get what I want. Mind you itās take out only and you would think they would care about its customers but no they donāt! This is sad and I donāt know what has happened to customer service!!!! The lady that claimed sheās worked there 20 plus years and that is how she treats people until I called her out!! Oh she changed her tune real quick and that is not the only time she has been rude to me!!! You would think since itās take out only they would have time to care for the food we pay for and itās not cheap!!!!!! I will never go there again! ...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe worst Chinese food I have ever had. The Mongolian beef tastes like what a redneck out in the sticks thinks it should taste like: mushrooms, celery, and soggy noodles (where are the scallions?), and the beef is....slippery. I don't know what that's about. Worse than bland, it just tastes BAD. If I get food poisoning, I am going to sue.
The hot and sour soup was grey. Even a package of soy sauce couldn't save it. It tasted like something out of Oliver Twist--gruel. Bland, lifeless, colorless, gruel.
Save your time and money. Hell, this place makes Panda Express look like gourmet food....
