Good day! Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. On July 06,2021, Some customers shared their feedback that they were served contaminated food at our restaurant. This is the first time we've had a complaint regarding the quality of our restaurant in our five years of business. Also, it was our first time receiving a negative review. Therefore, it is surprising at the same time alarming.
We at Tropicana Asian Market value food quality and safety above all else, therefore we were astonished and dismayed to find that some of our customers had contracted food illness after dining with us. I sincerely apologize on behalf of everyone at Tropicana Asian Market for this unfortunate incident. Rest assured that we are taking the necessary steps to ensure that this will never happen again. We are also investigating this matter if these people were telling the truth. If it is proven that the food we served was contaminated, we will take responsibility. But, if it is proven that they are just defaming our restaurant they will incur punishment.

Read moreA bad experience and an unacceptable customer service. After buying some vegetable i decided to go back and buy lunch. I order combo two and two vegetable lumpia. I asked the young lady if i can have sabaw for my meal which everytime i buy lunch or dinner comes with it . Comes from the back a gentleman yelling and told the young lady that he did not make enough soup so she has charged me a dollar . I told the young lady its okay ill pay the dollar . I will show this gentleman a bad customer service cost. For that Dollar it will cost him every month $300.00 lost coz thats how much between me and my wife spend , its not much but the other store for sure will profit $300 or more every month. Read moreNo one asked me if I needed anything when I stood in front of the hot deli. Then when I tried to buy my tea I had no idea you couldn't use card under 10 dollar purchases. The guy behind the counter who already had no customer service good attitude, I mean at least fake that your happy I walked in to buy something. Anyways, he just looked at me all weird and said you don't have cash. Ummm If I did don't you think I wouldn't have been holding my card in my hand. Never going back that's for sure....
