So today June 22, I went to the store to try to send money to Mexico, as I walked in I asked the lady that works there is the Jewelry store in Hanford are the same owners then she responded No is not, the reason I asked is because the store in Hanford has better exchanged rate, then I said ok it’s find I’ll still wanted to send the money, I handed the money to the worker then she picked the money up and looked to my face and asked me SO do you still want to send the money in here or go to the one in Hanford, I was liked if I really wanted to go Hanford to send the money I wouldn’t handed the money from the beginning, I answered the lady you know what just give me my money money back then I said with this poor customer service I will never go back. My experience here was okay, I took my necklaces to get fixed & unfortunately one broke again an hour later. I took it back to see if they could fix it or give me a refund. They told me no because it wasn’t in the same spot, which is understandable but the break was right next to the original break.
