I purchased a refrigerator on July 3rd. The woman who sold me this said their products were “guaranteed”. When at the store we said to one of the guys the fridge wasn’t too cold the guy said it would be after being plugged in for a few hours. Suspicious if you ask me. That same day they couldn’t deliver it so I had to transport it myself. The refrigerator broke the same day after I bought $400 worth of groceries for my family 4th of July BBQ. Unfortunately they were closed for the weekend of July 4th until Monday. All of my food went bad. They sent someone out Tuesday and he told me it wouldn’t be a quick fix and when I asked can they send a new one out they said no that it wasn’t possible even though I had been without a fridge for over a week now. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They wouldn’t provide me a new fridge same day, they didn’t reimburse me for the hundreds of dollars I lost, and the woman I spoke to Jessica was very rude!!! I would not...
Read moreMy family has been going to Lesher’s for years, and they’ve been pretty good, but customer service has really declined. First of all, no masks during COVID-19. But also, after purchasing a washer, I didn’t hear anything about delivery for a week, then they only provided a few hours notice and I was not able to confirm. I called back and left message to no response. I called again four days later and was told I was scheduled for delivery the following week. I guess they eventually would have called to tell me that, probably with only a few hours notice again. I asked if there was anything sooner and he said that the recent storm had caused a lot of people to lose appliances. But I had purchased mine a week before the storm, so I’m not sure why that matters. He did emphasize that my communication is important, but it looks like theirs is not. If they do actually deliver next week, it will be three weeks from the date of sale...

I ordered a whole outdoor kitchen set up for my backyard scheduled my masonry landscapers electricians and plumber ordered the barbecue which was a high-end Viking brand spent almost $20,000 there they told me two weeks for the barbecue, then I unfortunately had to switch from a natural grill to a propane tank grilland they told me again two weeks every time I call it’s two weeks two weeks two weeks and they can’t get it. It’s two weeks Didn’t even try to do anything right? I’m the easiest customer didn’t hassle on Now I am fed up in furious and the way they’re handling it is totally unacceptable. I would stick to one of your big box stores, PC, Richard, and son or Best Buy or different store.
