I was the first customer through the door and had to wait 25 minutes to get someone to wait on me the guy behind me went to another parts person and wanted pictures of what he was trying to work on and I wanted to buy parts the parts man I walked up to had an earpiece on and couldn't tell he was on the phone so the guy behind me got two parts people to help him. I can't remember ever being treated so badly. I'll work on the JD product they have but someone else will have to get parts from these people because I won't go back.
