Update very bad service 4 years ago when I went there so I haven't been there since. I went up there earlier this week to get a new phone. service has gotten a little bit better but deceptive practices continue they tried adding insurance to my new phone which I never requested which goes against US Cellular policy they are required to ask the customer if they want insurance or not the girl said oops I just automatically always put insurance on every new phone..... and I find it very rude to feel like I'm being pushed into buying all these extra items for my phone that I do not need I said multiple times I don't need any accessories but was continually asked I don't think there will be any further dealings with them I will make the trip to Indianola
