CHOICE Provisioning Center — Local services in Leoni Township

We have used choice every week for multiple months and have had nothing but a positive Superior well enjoyed experience every time. The once or twice we had an issue of the product that didn't work which was a 2 gram disposable vape cartridge that was not working. They switched it out for a working one with no problems at all. We love going there and we are using them every week to supply ourselves with our necessary provisions. My only conplaint would be is i dont see any kinda of customer rewards program or offerings. It would be nice to feel more appreciated for bringing our buisness there. We spend a considerable amount of greenbacks there every week and they only ever offered a free joint and its only on friday. Im grateful for a free joint, but damn if im spending our hard earned cash with you every week, it would be nice to feel like we are truly appreciated with something like percentage reduction on your total order or your choice of free sample. Its the only real reason i have considered going to try other dispos. Im a consumer who wants to support my local buisness but we too want to see buisness supporting its customers too. I was looking for a dispensary that sells recreational marijuana in Michigan and before finding CHOICE I found one in Niles.

It was a cool experience, good customer service but the menu was extremely limited, and the products are overpriced in comparison to CHOICE. However, this specific dispensary is the closest one to my home and I didn't really think other dispensaries would be much different. So, I settled for it.

Until today when I decided to give CHOICE a try and drove two hours to see what was different. Well, the way I look at dispensaries and how enjoyable the experience is completely changed. Very clean and nice place, excellent customer service and to my surprise, cheap prices.

The variety of products blew me away! The 5 times I visited this other dispensary, they only had to grand of cartridges in stock with very few choices, max 3 types of flowers and overall, the recreational menu was very small.

I am glad I tried to give a different dispensary a try. For the quality of the products, customer service and prices, I will from now on drive an extra hour when I decide to visit a dispensary.

I'm giving a 4 because budtender was very nice. And that is gracious since I drove a long way. You see my problem was I placed a significant order and when I arrived to pick up was told I had ordered medical products so had to redo order now couldn't get the order that I originally placed so now I'm back to square one because I didn't think to have a backup order therefore had to leave without everything I wanted. I was able to get one thing Maybe it would be possible for you to make sure the product displays whether it is med or rec on page if is displayed on instead of hiding it on the order page.
