I called explained I was just there an hour ago, explained that two of the carts I had purchased were burn right out of the package. They said it was odd to have a new shipment of the apricot be burnt. I explained it tasted like burn popcorn/cotton just a god awful taste, I was told to come back and they would change them out. upon driving around a hour back. They first acted like I didn't call and complain, then agreed to change them out, after them giving me the choices, I declined because the particular strains cause my asthma. I was then told and yelled at that smoking doesn't cause asthma attacks by the manager and the sales associate Courtney. Which is incorrect. They then said they will not do the exchange, and told to leave because Im having a anxiety attack because Courtney and now her manager were both telling me asthma doesn't work that way. I know how my body works, and what does and doesn't bother my asthma.

I have 2 unsmokable pods, a waste of money and time. Do not give them a your money, I will not be back. I will tell everyone and anyone who smokes or knows someone to never visit this establishment.

Reply to the comment: That's really funny because I never cursed, did I raised my voice yes, yet not shouting, because I was called a liar about certain strains being more then likely to induce my asthma. And attempted to explain that, yes I raised my voice because I'm being told that's not how asthma works, please lete get this straight? I know what strains kick off a asthmatic attack for me, and with me saying that to Courtney the strains she's offered to me are all I can get because it's what you have. fine I refused and asked if you had any other ones or to get because I have smoked those strains and have had bad effects...

Went in for the deal of the day today 10-24-22 at 4:21 p.m. to buy 1/4 drove down the road and wanted to check what I just purchased out a little better so I opened up my bag to reveal nothing what I just purchased was not in the bag so I returned to the store and very patiently expressed what happened must have been a mistake and told them you should be able to fix this you have cameras you should be able to look at this and i would like to see also after about 3-5 min later I was told that the bartender put my product into the bag and they watched me walk out the door with the bag in hand when asking to see this video that was declined and said that maybe I dropped it in their parking lot and maybe it flew against the fence sometimes it's just bad luck. They say bad luck I say this is just bad business I would hope this would get investigated a little further due to multiple cameras an having to account for ever gram sold to who an by who and what time hopefully some kind of real management sees and correct this issue so it don't happen...

Id like to say 5 stars but you guys get worse n worse everytime i come in. Today i came to get the $25 special but apparently you guys ran out. What i was offered to me instead, was extremely low grade, not even worth wasting money on.if you run out, why not offer your beloved customers the next kind above? instead of trying to sell us trash after we we drove all the way there...
