Burger King — Restaurant in Leoni Township

After work today (not feeling well, sinus infection) I stopped to get some lunch so I could eat and take a nap. After I got home and passed out my family's food seen that they did not give me my sandwich. So... not feeling well had to go back there to get it. When I went in I got someone's attention and said that I didn't get my sandwich. She asked me what it was so I told her a whopper Jr with cheese ketchup mayo lettuce. So she tells the lady my sandwich. This lady kept asking what about 6 times. Then I told her and she kept talking over me and even the other worker had to put her hand up so she would stop talking and listen. So I once again (6th time) said what I wanted. When she got done she called out chicken whopper special.. I'm like that's suppose to be a whopper not chicken and the co worker (that put her hand to the other lady) said it's a whopper (rudely) and I said she said chicken, she was like no it's a whopper (even more rude) so I checked it, I was so mad with the customer service that I didn't even realize she didn't put cheese on it (which I had to pay .30 yes I know it's only .30 but if ur gonna make ppl pay for stuff then at least give them what they pay for). Then eating it, the damn bun was so stale! So fn gross. To top it off not 1 employee even apologized for not giving my sandwich in the first place. I will NEVER eat at any BK again. I won't waste my hard earned $. Please train your employees on customer service. A simple apology could've...

First off, the commercials are annoying. There's that. It doesn't make me want BK. It annoys me. Second, I did come here a couple weeks ago by chance and the window was advertising a meal deal. Order attendant had no idea what I was talking about. Okay. So I ordered the two for $5 on the menu. He said they don't have it when it's literally right Infront of my face on the menu board. Then, I finally ordered a single whopper, two whopper juniors and that was it. Just those. Over $12 for just those. Absolutely ridiculous. Two small slider like sandwiches and a lacky whopper with barely any toppings. Drive thru attendant was rude when taking the order with his attitude and didn't know the menu and he works there. Your food is ridiculously overpriced, gross, commercials are annoying and I will never return. BK is closing over 400 locations and...

I pulled up to order and was greeted by Happy which the name fits she is extremely polite and the service was pleasant as always however, I ordered the classic chicken sandwich meal cut in half with cheese 11/28/23, I woke 11/29/23 to thinking I was dying. The only thing I could think of food poison. Now fast forward ro this morning where I was woke by a very unpleasant noise coming from my father's room. I asked if he was okay and what he had to eat last night...you guessed it Burger King (page ave.) And he ordered a whopper meal. I do not know what is going on at this location, but someone needs to do better with the food preparation or cleaning of the food prep area 2 people in the same week from the same house hold.
