Very rude , unpleasant and dishonest staff . The worth ever FBO I visited . stay away !

11-14-2023 here are the details , i requested the front desk rep to speak with a manager due to unjustified charge she wanted to impose in regard to a loaner car . while i'm talking with her a line guy stood up and came aggressively towards me , threaten me to leave the FBO immediately without even letting me to finish my flight plan (night flight to NJ) and added you are not welcome to arrive to this airport again (i believe he didn't like i wanted to speak with a manager) .i still wonder if this an airport FBO or an airport GBO (gang base operator) ??? FYI , i called the next day to the manager on duty and described what happened to me , seemed like she did nothing if you are not aware to the incident ! thank you for the invitation but i'm not sure i want to stop at your GBO until i'll be convicted this is a...

Contour is the worst. First time flying in, we made it on time but they forgot the checked bags. Last winter in the middle of a storm, they held the flight leaving from CLT-LWB by a 1.5 hours before cancelling the flight, right as most of the rental agencies were closing. Yesterday, the afternoon flight got delayed because they couldn’t get out of their prior destination; this led to me missing my connecting flight by a margin of 5-10 minutes, with an initial layover of 1.5 hours.

The number of times these guys have been on-time, as scheduled for me is less than the number of fingers on a coal miner’s hand.

In contrast, number of times they’ve delayed/cancelled/interfered with further travel is about 3x greater for me.

Service: ?/10 I came to pick up my dad so I didn't really interact with any staff. There were signs saying wear a mask, but I wasn't wearing one, and they weren't making an issue out of it so that's nice.

Cleanliness: 10/10 Spotless and sanitary

Atmosphere: 6/10 Not a place I'd want to spend too much time, but nice nonetheless. Leather chairs and otherwise comfortable environs.

Busy: ?/10 It wasn't busy when I got there an hour before my dad's flight, but I'm sure Google would be better at estimating traffic than I can.

Value: ?/10 I can't really comment on this either because I didn't buy anything and I don't think they have a gift shop

Overall: 10/10 Very nice for such a small airport and security seems to leave you alone and not hassle you...
