The Hangar — Restaurant in Lewisburg

Hawk Knob at the Hangar is a pop up kitchen in the Greenbrier Valley Brewing Company. It's separately operated and that's perhaps why they're allowed to have dogs in the hangar at the brewery since technically, the brewery doesn't serve food.

It's a limited menu here with burgers, a curry with naan, a brat, a salad and a few varieties of tots. Mrs. K. got the "All Thai'd Up" Tots which did have the red curry sauce and whole (not chopped) peanuts. It was not very hot and the curry sauce made the tots rather mushy. I had the "Turbo Prop Brat" which was nicely grilled and the whole grain mustard was great but otherwise...
