I consider myself to be a fair and open minded individual. I will usually give dispensaries 3 chances to impress me with their product, price and customer service. This was the 3rd time we have been to this location, my wife went in and bought pre roll named “Venom OG”, it was flower, distillate and keif. It was $20.00 with 10% off due to them not having a regular flower pre roll. After indulging with this pre roll halfway through we realized this would be the last time we go to this dispensary. Walked in and asked if I bought 10 carts could I get a free battery I got an immediate yes from the lady after I bought the 10 carts I was told that there was a mistake and I'm not going to get a free battery to run the carts ....
