Since the pandemic started, their food quality has been absolutely terrible. My eggroll was like eating shoe leather and I swear it’s baked not fried. There was absolutely no oil on the outside of the eggroll, and it was white on the inside. it’s definitely baked and the crab Rangoon‘s seem to be baked also!! the teriyaki had no flavor!! usually it’s sweet and little bit of crunchy on the outside!! I don’t know what they’re doing anymore!! It’s terrible. They need to re-assess their food quality. The rice was really bad. It was like no pork no vegetables and it was completely brown. It soaked up too much soy or something !! We used to go there all the time with my wife and kids before the pandemic. So this was my first time ordering here and I will never be back! I ordered an order of small wings, a plate of fries, a plate shrimp and broccoli, a plate of beef lo mein and a plate of beef, pepper and onions. The only thing that was good was the fries and the fried rice. The chicken wings were just that- wings thrown in a fryer - absolutely no seasoning and only 4 pieces for $13 dollars. The beef lo mein was watery tasteless the beef was not cooked with the noodles and it only had snap peas in there. The beef onions and peppers had a massive amount of peppers very little onion and beef and thennnn they threw carrots in ittt! The shrimp was about 4 pieces and the rest was broccoli. Been a long time customer. Got two dinners last night and the sweet and sour chicken was deep fried chicken alone, NO sauce they gave me a small dish of sauce. I could have bought chicken bites at McDonaldd for a lot cheaper. The appetizers of beef teriyaki were tasteless, no teriyaki taste. What have you guys done to the food?
