What a shame. This store has a good location and space, but woman working there is so sour and angry that it makes you feel unwelcome and that she would rather you didn't shop there. To be fair no one knows what has transpired to cause someone to be so angry. So my heart goes out to her. Just disappointing to see a little country store be so dysfunctional. You can feel the racism and ignorance when speaking with her. Made me really sad to see an elderly women so misinformed and willing to spread misinformation and hate. I won't be shopping there again. all of the products are products I can get in other little shops...

I was very impressed with the selection of heirloom tomatoes, however, since they have so many of them - quite a few were past their prime. I noticed this with some of the other vegetables too. Some looked perfect though and could be kept for days, so just inspect thoroughly if you arent planning on using it that day. They also have a wide selection of local meats, cheeses and some premade frozen meals (chicken pie, spaghetti). Some jams, jellies, spices, teas, sweets like old timey candy and fudge.
