I took my 4 year old son to get his haircut and decided to book a haircut for myself as well, we saw Renee and it was a HUGE mistake that I’ve been upset about since. I hate negative reviews, I think most people should be given the benefit of the doubt and maybe Renee was having a rough day. She wasn’t overly friendly and seemed rushed our appt was at 1 and we were back in the car by 1:23, but the worst part was how terrible both of our haircuts turned out and how unaware I was until I generously tipped and got home and noticed. I showed a picture for my sons hair, she cut the hard part on the wrong side of his head (and where his natural part is) and it looks a mess. For me I had shoulder length hair, I asked for some texturizing layers to add some volume to my hair, I now look like I have a mullet, my hair is completely uneven, the front is so choppy and there is absolutely no blending. On top of allllll of that.. I was told when booking the appt it would be $25 for me and $15 for my son.. but she charged me $55. I won’t ever give this place my business again due to this horrible experience, and if you want to give them your business steer...

If you like your appointment (made 6 weeks earlier) being moved via text (I thought it must be an emergency) only to see someone else getting their hair done in the time you were moved from then see Leah (Ligia). TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Then she sends another lady to say it's going to be 20 more minutes, 10 minutes after the moved appointment time. I should have been given me a discount however, I was not. I asked for her to do my all over color 2 shades lighter. It was not. The lights make it difficult to see the color so I saw it when I was outside. She also didn't cut any bangs even after I stated that I wanted bangs. Leah (Ligia) treated me as if she didn't want to do my hair and didn't listen to what i was saying. It was as if she didn't want to be there. VERY DISAPPOINTING. The last time Leah was playing a game on her cell phone. It was UNPROFESSIONAL. Then she charged me more than she had been and she didn't put me under the dryer so less was done. Twice was too much. The salon should make sure the stylists treat their clients with respect and actually...

Moved down here recently and was looking for a salon to take a few inches off and touch up the layers that had grown out. A couple weeks ago, I was booked with Renee because the original person I booked with couldn’t be there for my appointment so she put me with Renee. Once I left my appointment, I got home and felt like my hair wasn’t evenly cut. I have lots of chopped layers in the back but the sides aren’t cut. I tried to let it go until I straightened it… I don’t straighten my hair often but I did recently and it was then that I realized actually how terrible my haircut is. The back of my hair is chopped up and not blended AT ALL. I am disappointed as I had atleast 6 inches cut off during this appointment.
