Kroger Marketplace — Local services in Lexington

Terrible experience at this location today. I had an appointment at the Little Clinic at 9 for a flu shot and arrived a few minutes early to find no one at the check-in desk. Not a good sign. I stood and waited, and the person who finally came out front said the provider was running late and I can hang around the store for a bit and check in later. Great, just what I wanted. I wasted some time inside for a bit and went back to the clinic, and she said the person was there now. She scanned my cards and said I could have a seat in the waiting area because the provider was with someone else. I sat down and waited...and waited...and waited...and never got seen. I was there until 9:40 and then I got up and left because I had to be somewhere at 10. The point of these clinics is to come in, get what you need, and walk out. It's not to get jerked around like this. I won't be...

The parking layout is terrible with no access across the lanes. If you're parked far away from the store and your walking down the wrong parking lane you'll have to go to the very end to access the correct lane. The pricing structures with this chain is still horrible with misleading prices and ads. Why are there so many hoops to jump through just so people can attempt to save a little money on groceries?? Is it really that difficult for management to understand that customers would REALLY prefer upfront honest pricing? On a positive note the staff...

Do not buy sushi there. This is the second time I’ve stopped here for sushi and been disappointed. I’m pretty sure whoever rolls it smokes some cheap cigarettes because I could taste the smoke in the rolls. Had to throw it out. Biggest waste of about $20 with of sushi. Thankfully had a soda to clear my tastebuds of that terrible taste. The tuna had a terrible old taste anyways. Wasn’t fresh either. Other than that the store is perfectly great but that sushi killed it for me. I’ll go...
