Sue is beyond amazing. I purchased my wedding dress online knowing that it was too small, and then it arrived in an even smaller size than what was advertised. I had already fallen in love with the dress, so after some research I desperately contacted Sue. She did so much for me in so little time. She removed the zipper and added a corset, and took the dress out at the hips so that it fit perfectly. She also shortened the dress and added drop sleeves, and even created a custom veil to match my dress. Sue's work is beautiful and her prices are more than fair. I was absolutely terrified to get my large tulle ballgown bustled. When I read the reviews for personal touch, I felt confident driving an hour out of my way to feel the kind of comfort Sue's expertise brings. And the bustle?? You can't tell it's not a separate skirt entirely. Holy cow. She also worked with my medicine induced weight fluctuations up until the week of the wedding to keep me feeling good and keep my mind off my size. Sue is such a sweet lady and she is reasonably priced too! I took my wedding dress in before the pandemic and she kept me up to date with her progress as I couldn’t come in to try my dress on after some businesses had to close. Once I was able to get in to the shop and try my dress on it was already almost completed. It only took me 3 visits to get the entire wedding dress altered and hemmed.
