Was very kind during the long wait for grand opening. Also provided amazing customer service in letting me check quality and if items were in working order.

Edit: While I still stand by the excellent customer service, I traveled several hours to shop here and finally was able to get home and do proper tests of everything. So far it's hit or miss on the consoles I purchased, with the DS Lite having trouble reading the cartridges I purchased in-store and from my personal collection. The Gameboy Advance I purchased can barely register the start and select being pressed. I also purchased a copy of Pokemon Gold version that looked in decent condition, but upon testing it, the internal battery is dead, making the game just a collectors item until I can find someone to solder in a new battery. It seems a lot of the products are cleaned up and made to look presentable, as well as function enough to turn on and act functional, but there isn't a lot of diligence in their quality control at a deeper level. Unfortunately because of the travel time I can't return anytime soon for a refund/replacement so I'm stuck with what I have. I urge the team to make sure any handheld consoles are tested as thoroughly as it looked like the home consoles are, and any older games that rely on internal hardware to keep working are...

Came in there to check the place out. Dude said what do you need? I told him I was just looking right now. Then proceeded to follow me around the store like I was going to steal something! I then found an item I was interested in, and I asked him if he was able to do a little better on the price. He then yells at me, calling me a low baller and saying I can take my fat self and just get out now. Horrible and will never be back. Owner looks like a nerdy punk who is an online troll and wants to price gouge. Never going back and will tell everyone to avoid. I am YOUR customer trying to support a business and that’s how I get treated? Never again.

EDIT:: Response says I am a troll yet I literally came to the store during the new opening and they were rude! Again, pricing is worse than GameStop by 10X, they do not care if you are a collector they just want to squeeze as much money from you they can and pay you the least amount possible for your items so they can parade to their “YouTube” channel,...
