Edit: While I still stand by the excellent customer service, I traveled several hours to shop here and finally was able to get home and do proper tests of everything. So far it's hit or miss on the consoles I purchased, with the DS Lite having trouble reading the cartridges I purchased in-store and from my personal collection. The Gameboy Advance I purchased can barely register the start and select being pressed. I also purchased a copy of Pokemon Gold version that looked in decent condition, but upon testing it, the internal battery is dead, making the game just a collectors item until I can find someone to solder in a new battery. It seems a lot of the products are cleaned up and made to look presentable, as well as function enough to turn on and act functional, but there isn't a lot of diligence in their quality control at a deeper level. Unfortunately because of the travel time I can't return anytime soon for a refund/replacement so I'm stuck with what I have. I urge the team to make sure any handheld consoles are tested as thoroughly as it looked like the home consoles are, and any older games that rely on internal hardware to keep working are...
