Taco Tico — Restaurant in Lexington

This taco tico doesn't have the same menu as the one in north park,the service at the drive through is poor, you have to ask for everything, napkins, hot sauce, straws. Need to work on service.i have no problems with the on in Boardwalk, good menu, I have eaten there for over 25 years. I hope the new location can improve its 5 minutes from my house.the closing times are wrong as listed in ad ,if you don't get there before 10: 00 pm your out of luck, and another thing where is the chili burrito, that the other taco tico sells at north park To me North Park is better then this one park hills, they have more on there menu for sure,I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years, if that means anything.North park really spoiled me in good service, i don't know about park hills, I do know one thing ,you have to have good ownership, and management for sure, if you going to keep coming back for a long time.now they are causing a traffic problem getting into park hills shopping center,they need to open soon ,and stay open to the time ,that the ad says.i have made it a routine to go to this taco tico for their hard shell tacos, I quit going to taco bell, because they weren't putting enough meat on their tacos, so I been going to taco tico, but on nights they are doing the same thing, especially with they get back up in the drive through, now during the day time,they do better, now another thing this taco tico is when you ask for more sauce, you have to double the request, because they don't fill up the cups,only a third, I am going go on different nights, I know you need to watch Tuesday night's, I will comment again on...

We drove 85 mi from Lily, Kentucky to get to Taco Tico in Lexington, Kentucky. We used to have a Taco Tico in Corbin Kentucky close to where we live, we loved it! We don't understand why it closed down. Our experience with Taco Tico in Lexington, Kentucky at Pimlico was terrible! I had to at least rate it one star but if I could it would be zero Stars. The manager on duty, we believe his name is Tommy. He had long long ponytail all the way down to his waist. His hair was in everyone's way getting in the food. It was nasty! He was very rude I ordered a platter, first of all, I checked my food for hair, I told my husband to check his food as well. The taco was so skimpy, hardly anything in it. The Sancho was skimpy as well. Hardly any cheese on it or any sauce. When you ask for smothered you don't get smothered you get a sprinkle! I took it back up there and asked for some sauce and some cheese. The manager got really hateful with me and told me that's how it comes. I was very polite. He had no reason to treat me that way. He left the sour cream off as well. It clearly states on the menu it comes with sour cream. I asked for sour cream, he acted as if I was robbing the store. He had such an attitude! With a manager like that Taco Tico will go under! To whom it may concern, Take my advice, Taco Tico can surely do much better...

Excellent service on sept. 13 2021. Custom order made to specifications. Reasonably priced. Fresh ingredients. 2dollar soft tacos. The mild sauce was included without being asked what kind of sauce was desired, nice touch. The mild sauce is on a one to ten scāe with ten being hottest, for my pallet tthat can only handle a table spoon of bottled louisiana hot sauce, i would rate it just a bit less spicy than louisiana hot sauce. The heat of the mild sauce is full top of roof of front of mouth and doesnʻt hit the throat. It dissipates fairly quickly within five minutes for me. No heat on the tongue. I like it. Sign on front door says they deliver with doordash. Taco Tico Pimlico is adjacent to a mcdonalds and Has outdoor seating and clean bathrooms and a drive thru. There is accessibility ramp onto the two step curb from the parking lot. Not very busy at all. Sign says ʻnow serving breakfastʻ. Went at 3 pm hoping to get a breakfast item. They have a paper printed breakfast menu handed to you upon breakfast inquiry that says .. until 1030 am. The sign in the window is missing that detail accuracy about what time breakfast is being served. it should not only say ‘Now’ as the time indicator if it is only actually happening at a different specific range of...
