If I could give this clinic a zero I would but there's not an option. My initial visit was with Dr pomfrey out of the office and he prescribed my Xanax that I've been taking for years one month later my next appointment I saw the nurse practitioner Alicia Springer who proceeded to change my prescription and take away one of the doses I was taking lower my prescription to two doses instead of three per day and then my next appointment I saw Dr pomfrey again and he took me completely off of it and apparently it was ordered by Alicia Springer to take me off my medicine this place is a joke she obviously tells the MD what to do there because he had no intentions on taking me off of it if you prescribed it for me just a month and a half earlier they must have gotten in trouble with the state of Tennessee because they won't write any prescriptions for pain medicine they won't write any prescriptions for mental health medicine so essentially unless you have a cold it's pointless in going there do not make these people your primary care doctor because there's no doctors there that can do anything for you unless you have a cold I guess you're better off going to the walk-in clinic they should close their doors if they're not allowed to write you any prescription for any type of medicine whatsoever Dr pomfrey change my medicine and gave me three prescriptions to pick up for medication that I've taken before that doesn't work it's obvious that I know what medicines work for me but being that they're not allowed to write prescriptions for it I guess that...
Read moreA place where you can go, and be treated with kindness. Alicia is a very caring, educated, personal, down to earth NP that absolutely loves to serve people. This is not just her job, this is her passion. I understand that at times the wait may be a little lengthy, but this clinic actually cares, she interacts with her patients, and loves to get to know you. Yes, there are many other clinics you can choose from, and they might get you in and out quicker, but I promise you that there is no other NP like her. I would rather wait a little longer to see a NP that cares than to slide in and out at another clinic where they don’t have a clue who I am, and don’t show any signs of getting to know who I am. It’s definitely...
Read moreIt's sad when you call the office early in the morning (describe your ongoing, chronic issue and what your specialist wants the PCP to do to the receptionist), to be told it would be discussed and handled by the Dr before closing, just to find out you obviously don't matter!!! I am disgusted by this and now have to go all wkend in pain unless I go to an ER, which should not be necessary!!! Alicia is usually very good at handling issues like this immediately, but it's DANGEROUSLY obvious her receptionist do not care about her patients like she does. I am so beyond frustrated to...
