Best Donuts — Restaurant in Lexington

This is Jenny's husband Noah. My first real job I ever had was making donuts when I was 15 years old. People who leave reviews that have nothing to do with the quality of this man's donuts should not be leaving reviews. How can you give a man one star because he don't have coffee or he's not open. That has nothing to do with how great his donuts are. I made donuts all over Memphis with the most famous donut shops to the no name donut shops. The name of this man's business says it all. He has the lightest most fluffy donuts you will ever eat. He uses the best brand donut mix you can buy. Whoever is mixing the dough, knows dough! The only thing different that I see he needs to do is the apple fritters need more Apple chopped up in them and he's only giving a very light dusting of cinnamon on the cinnamon roll dough. It should be poured on thick. The white cream is not good at all to me. He needs to make homemade white cream which will be much better. Even though his apple fritters and cinnamon rolls don't have enough cinnamon and apple in them, they are still better than anybody else's I've ever had. Other people that put more apple and cinnamon and their product still do not come out with the quality product that he has. The best donuts in Lexington, Tennessee are truly the best donuts in Tennessee. I worked for Krispy Kreme and their donuts are only good when they're hot. When they get cold they taste just like biting into a mouthful of oil. Dunkin' donuts are always a day old when you get them. They are made somewhere and then shipped to the donut shops and then heated up and they're like three day old bread that has been sitting out on the counter uncovered. We stop in from time to time to purchase donuts for our business (Precise Rebuilders) and the products are always well displayed and very fresh. This family usually has their children right there in the front of the store and tbey are so well behaved. The clerk could be a lil more friendly but we are not basing our satisfaction on personality but tastiness of goods. They charge a fee for use of a credit card (who doesn't now days) so 2 dozen donuts are approximately 30 dollars. They have parking just in front of the door so it is convenient to run in and make the purchase! If you have a sweet tooth, they can surely fix your problem,...

We might be back. Store opened at 5:30. Arrived at 6:00. No ("0") "everyday standard" glazed donuts were ready - had to wait 20 minutes! No cream filled - I was told that those wouldn't be ready until 9:00 am? 9:00 am.....? No bavarian. Nothing much was in the glass case.
