I absolutely love this place. Everyone is kind kind no matter what kind of insurance you have. The doctor I see is a stellar of a guy. Very caring professional they are all just outstanding. I've been going through a really rough time. I lost my son in February in my life has shut down. My last appointment they said I had high pressure. Which is a sign of glaucoma. So the doctor wanted me to come back to do an intense exam. Well they had a lot of problem with the one that takes pictures and measures your eye. I told them it's probably me because this is how my life has been going. Which I feel I was right. The girls tried and tried and they got the other female doctors to try. Which that just showed a lot to me. I felt really bad that they had to do that but we couldn't get a good picture of my left eye. I don't know. It's just what it is. They kept reassuring me that it wasn't me. And they were very considerate and kind as they always are. The ladies I feel when above and beyond. This is why I keep coming back. And the lady who helped me pick out my glasses is exceptional. There's not one person there that has been even slightly rude. They make me feel good and especially at a time like this. It's always a good experience and this is why I keep coming back. I've been to a lot of eye doctors. Hands down this place is the best place I've ever been!! Thank you to everyone. Man this place is awesome!!! No preliminary paperwork forms you have to fill out! It’s all done on a iPad while you’re having other tests done! Thank you Karin! So much more efficient! Dr. Moyer was just exceptional! He explained all my test results and made it easy to pick out the best way for me to actually see clearly. Great rapport with me and sharing his new life here in Findlay! Great guy! We are going to see how tri-focal contacts work out.

The frames and shopping department was great also! I’m usually really indecisive about eyeglasses and frames but the young lady who helped me ( I actually asked her name but now I can’t recall it) knew exactly what questions to ask me to narrow it down quickly! How great this experience was. First you walk into a charming off the street eye glass shop, friendly smiling workers, and great atmosphere. Personally from past experience, searching for new glasses and the eye doctor can be drawn out and long. Not this visit. I am a new patient with Eyes on Main, and I was well pleased. Both my children have up coming appointments, the office staff made sure it was painless by getting them in together on the same day. How great! Found a great new pair of lenses. Covered by my insurance-fully, there was no up sales being pushed on me, they understood my budget and we quickly moved through the appointment.
